This release includes a few new money-related reports, improvements to Atlas Accountant Link and the payment processing screens, some revisions addressing client feedback from tax season, and lays the groundwork for major new features relating to editors, submissions, and royalty invoicing.
Major Changes
- In Projects, there’s now a Merge Found Projects button on the Set Up tab. This button is powerful but potentially dangerous. It looks at the projects in the current found set, and merges the other found projects into the one whose Set Up tab you’re working on. It brings over all the contracts and payments from the existing projects and makes them part of this project. This is useful, for example, if you had a typo in a project’s name, or if you accidentally entered a foreign or film project as a new project instead of adding the contract to the main project. People dealing with extensive migrations from legacy systems seem to encounter this kind of situation a lot.

Minor Changes
- Tax Time incorporates improvements from 2022.3.b1 and 2022.3.b3 .
- In Pending Money, the payments still sort by [Ready|Hold] then [Payments|Adjustments], and clicking the Payee column header still sorts all those same payments alphabetically instead. Now, you have the option to click the Status column header if you want to leave things alphabetical but also break out Ready from Hold payments.
