- In Project Reporting, we’ve added a new version of the Frontlist/Backlist report that uses the project’s pub date to determine whether it is Frontlist or Backlist, rather than the Frontlist/Backlist toggle on the Projects screen. When running the report, you’ll be asked for a date range for the payments you want to include, and also for a “cutoff date.” Payments for projects with a pub date before the cutoff date will be considered Backlist for this report, and payments for projects with a pub date after the cutoff date will be considered Frontlist for this report. If there is no pub date entered in any pub date field on a project’s primary contract, that project will be treated as Frontlist.
- In Contracts, when you update a per-project Hardcover Pub Date on a multibook deal, if that date is earlier than the contract’s existing main Pub Hard date, it will update the contract’s main Pub Hard date to the earlier date as well.
- On the Extended Rights tab of the Contracts screen, there are now fields to record multiple royalty rates for different editions/formats.
- In Contract Reporting, the Pending checkbox that gets checked to indicate a payment has come in (and that causes the payment to be listed under “Review Pending Payments” on the Deposits screen) is now one of the columns, making it possible to pull a report of all payments that are currently checked off.
- On Contracts, changes to pub dates are now tracked and logged.
