Major Features

PAYMENT INVOICES

• In Contracts, you can now generate an invoice for any payment. The invoice uses a template that you define in Dashboard —> Configure —> Payment Invoice Template. We anticipate that you’ll use this to generate a letter to the publisher requesting payment for a contracted amount—we hear some foreign publishers require this kind of treatment.

In the History tab, there’s a new button to generate the Payment Invoice. When you click the invoice button, it will generate an email with the relevant information substituted in. It will also note the date you generated the invoice next to the Payment Invoice button.

Minor Features

• [Agency R, Agency D / TK TO DEV / JACCP-LOCKING] In Contract Payment Reporting, extended the Gross Commission By Agent/Share to work in parallel for multiple users running reports at the same time.
• In the Contracts page, added a shortcut button in the list of Payment Arrangements to display the related Payment Arrangement in a new window.

Improvements

• Resolved a behavior in Contract Payments where, under some circumstances, scheduled payments wouldn’t appear in the search results on the Deposits screen when you searched by author name.
• Improve font consistency on the legacy Deposits screen
• Revised new Client Payables By Payee report to automatically configure landscape mode for its PDF exports
