Major Features
- In the Clients page, a new button marked “Export History” outputs all statements, checks, backup documentation, and stored royalty PDFs associated with a client. It names all these sensibly and puts them in your Documents folder. You can export the client’s entire history or specify a date range.
Minor Features
- When you check the “Email Tax Docs” checkbox in the Taxpayer Details on the Payment Arrangements screen, it now exposes the Taxpayer Email field right there, so you can add or review the taxpayer’s email address.
Improvements
- In the Contracts page and on reports, when you process a payment and adjust the commission to zero instead of deleting the commission disbursement outright, the zero-amount commission is correctly described in lists and summary views.
- In the New Commission Report, addressed a couple of edge cases that emerged at Agency D where, under rare circumstances, some payments would erroneously use the projected commission amounts even after they had been processed and the disbursements had been manually changed after processing.
- In both old and new Commission Reports, Excel exports now include a column for agent initials.
- The New Commission Report sorts by date rather than largest-to-smallest within agents’ commission schemes.
- The New Commission Report now subtotals anticipated, received, overdue, and commissions whose payment status is other than one of those.
- When you change settings on the New Commission Report, the interface prominently warns you to click “re-run” to recalculate the report using the new settings.
